I don't think he's really evil, but he became so consumed with his own problems he nearly lost all of his empathy. To me it seems like someone who's so mentally worn down they don't even know who they are any more.
I think Ted is a superb and thoughtful portrayal of a guy with borderline personality disorder and an abusive background. He doesn't believe anyone can truly care for him and that the only way he can survive is by using and manipulating others. His feelings of emptiness and loneliness are so intense that to escape them he feels justified in doing things he would consider horrible under other circumstances.
We see in several of the paths that Ted is capable of change. It is something of a revelation for him to discover that Daren and the others really care about Colin and Colin really cares about him. If Colin or his friends push him in the right ways, Ted is willing to give up his original plan and be more trusting and less selfish.
Honestly, i really like the story plot, but im sad because there's no technically good ending.
i readed so much VN'S with bad endings, all i wanted is just to see Caijoru and Colin together happy in the end. eh... still, good idea, and plot twists
There was originally a Jesse route planned, and you would have to text him for the route to appear, but I decided against giving him a route in the end due to how much there already is.
Then some time later Caleb escapes and you somehow manage to escape from Jesse and you run back to Darren's place only to find he's corps and Ted hiding in the room
Just my thought processing but I reckon it would be great

Just not together but you still have your eyes atleast
