Hiya!

So, to check in with you all and let you know how things are going: this upcoming update will be bigger than I anticipated. I am currently sitting at 9,000 words and have a lot left to go. With that said, I am going to keep writing and see if I can finish Tracy's route by the end of next month. That's the goal I've set for myself.

The reason this route has been taking longer than I expected is because I'm wanting to make sure it will be a route that I'm fully satisfied with. I made the mistake with Daren's Accept route before in that my primary goal for that update was to complete the route. To put it bluntly, Daren's route was rushed and it shows. I've talked about that in multiple devlogs before. I've learned from m mistakes, and that's why I'm putting a lot more care into writing the Reject - Tracy route. I've been editing my outline and adding to it, and at the moment I'm very happy with what I'm working on and I feel like you all will enjoy it as well.

Speaking of the Accept - Daren route though, I plan on eventually doing a complete overhaul to the entire ending sections for it. I'm not happy at all with it and neither was anyone else. Things were left vague or unexplained, and for some of them, nothing was actually solved or resolved. I plan on fixing all of these issues in the future.

As for now though, Tracy's route is going to require a lot of writing due to having more option choices, as well as previous choices having some effects. Due to how things are shaping up, the ending of Tracy's route will have three different variations: one if you've only spent time with Daren and not Ted, another if you've only spent time with Ted and not Daren, and the last will be if you've spent time with both. This won't majorly impact how the overall story plays out, but they will affect how things go after everything is over.

Anyways, yeah! Writing is a thing that is being done and I am enjoying it a lot right now, and usually if I enjoy writing a scene a lot, you all enjoy it too, so that's a good sign!
